Word-ish Wednesday: A Boy and a Basketball Court

posted in: Humor, Kids, Monkey My Son, Toddler, Wordful Wednesday 0 comments

I’m just going to sit down for a while, Mama.

I mean, lie down.

In fact, I’m just gonna take a quick snooze.

Alright, I won’t. I’ll pose like a wannabe model/ sun worshipper instead.

Or I’ll just sprawl right out because I’m 2 years old.

We have to do this more often, Mama!

Anyone else’s 2 year old loves doing bizarre things?

Haha! Pictures please! And the random breaks on floors – yup! (yes he does the whole flopping down unexpectedly EVERYWHERE)

What an absolute cutie. Love this montage.

Last year Sebastian used to walk around in circles. Sometimes he’d do it silently; other times he’d talk or sing to himself. He’d create a path and then follow it over and over and over again until I was worried something was wrong with him. Now I know that the movement just helps him think. Two-year-olds are bizarre creatures, indeed!

  • January 4, 2012 Karin

I think that’s the joy of a toddler… they do whatever makes them comfortable. Totally inhibited. I love that about kids, well, most of the time I love it.
