I’m so not a fan of Big Bird either. I love that you said you want to know what it’s like to be a father. I’m curious too. I’d like to know what it’s like for the kids to never bug them or haunt them for food.

This made me laugh. I don’t mind Big Bird or Elmo’s voices. With you on #4 (until indecisiveness b/c, well, that’s me). #6 — nails on the chalkboard and gum popping (I just didn an involuntary shudder). And teachers. I adore their patience but I know somebody’s mama would be calling the people on me.

Oh, the word “whatever” runs chills up and down my spine! I can’t stand that word! I think it is WAY worse than the F word. Although, I tend to use the F word in ways that doesn’t even make it seem like it should even be a bad word. Wish we could change that somehow πŸ˜‰

  • December 21, 2011 Kimberly

I love the word “discombobulated”…I hope I spelled that right.
I like to throw the fuck word out whenever I can.
Especially since it is one of our national words in Canada.
    It is.
You can use it as a statement: “Fucken eh!”
As a “yes” : Tim: “do you want to go play hockey?”
    John: “Fucken eh!”
when you’re disappointed like when you step on your child’s lego for the umpteeth time “Fucken eh!”

    It’s very versatile.

    Such a lovely word.

Ps. I thought about being a teacher…but I liked blood and guts…sooooo I became a pediatric nurse. Best of both worlds I think

    • December 21, 2011 Alison

I like the word perspicacity but I can’t ever pronounce it right, haha.

And because I love you (and agree with you), I won’t censor the F words you peppered here πŸ˜‰
