I Am Not The Fun Parent

I have admitted to being a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants-parent, a parent who benignly neglects her children, and one who has cake for breakfast with the children. So it shouldn’t be a great surprise to hear that I am not the fun parent.

Several weeks ago, my husband put together an amazing train track, which I loved.

So there is this in our home now. I think my husband and I love it as much as the kids do.

I ripped it up. I know, so mean.

Want to know how I went from love to gleeful ripping up of said train track? Then please do read my post at You Plus Two Parenting for the 28 Days of Play series. I would love to hear YOUR stories of play!
