Mantra Monday: Dance Love Sing Live

posted in: Giveaway, Mantra Monday 20 comments

Every second Monday of the month, I will choose a mantra I want to hold to for the month, and invite you to share YOUR mantra (of the day/ week/ month) with me, and by doing so, be eligible to enter yourself for a giveaway for one MantraBand (inscribed with the mantra of month)!

This month, I’m choosing this gorgeous band: Dance Love Sing Live.

It’s the month of love, relationships, romance. I want to encourage you to make this love, relationship, romance month about you. Yes, you. Love yourself. Spend some time alone, enjoy your own company. Take yourself out for a drink, for a walk, or if it rocks your boat, a bookstore (its my dream self-date’!).

Dance in your kitchen.

Love your partner.

Sing in the car.

Live it out loud.

Put on some jewelry, like a MantraBand bracelet and have some fun!

MantraBand has generously agreed to sponsor two Mantrabands – two of you lucky people will get one Dance Love Sing Love bracelet. Enter below from February 9 to 13, 2015, open worldwide

My mantra for this month is “Yes lives in the land of no.” I have to ask more people for more opportunities, and be able to live with “No” more often. Only in this way will I get the yeses I know are out there!

I need to do all of this or I will go insane with the amount of snow we have. It’s reaching epic proportions and today (yet another snow day) is a great day for a dance party with the boys.
