Memories Captured: We’re Back!

Congratulations to our five lucky linkers, Bev of Linkouture, Marta of Oh, My Marta, Missy of Literal Mom, Heather of Theta Mom and Rachel of The Tao of Poop, you’ve won a book each! Check your inboxes soon!

What are memorable weekends like?

They are made up of small moments. With the people you love. Doing everyday things as a family.

Such as…

13 month old boy

3.5 year old boy

It’s about love and play, and….

Mother and her boys

This too….

Father and baby

Oh, and a weekend in my house would not be complete without this….

Blueberry buttermilk bread

May we have more lazy days, where we slow down and just be.

What about you? What memories did you capture? Share them with Galit and I.

Five lucky linkers will win one of these books generously sponsored and signed by these five authors. Winners will be selected via, and books will be assigned randomly.

You can always do a monthly post for yourself, with or without the linkup, it’s a great way to do regular “summaries” of the kids, like a baby book 🙂 Unfortunately, we won’t be doing MC monthly anymore, just once or twice a year.

  • June 10, 2013 AlwaysARedhead

We captured so many memories from when the kids were young, and once they reached their teens, they started helping with the photographs, taking as many as they could. The ones I enjoy the best though, are the ones that are printed and in the photo albums. There is something about turning the pages of the album that just makes the memories all that much better.

Isn’t it amazing how sometimes it is a shock to see how much our children have grown? Like all of a sudden we see them and think ‘Whoa! How did that happen?’ It happens to me all the time.
