Lessons From My Childhood

How do you recall your childhood memories?

Is it in chronological order, remembering them by the number of candles on your birthday cake?

Is it in vivid colors of blue skies, yellow sunflowers, green grass, orange autumn leaves or the cool white sheets on your childhood bed?

Is it in the food you mother or grandmother made so lovingly day in, day out?

Is it in the bedtime stories your father told you each night?

Looking back on my childhood memories is like looking at a patchwork quilt. Each square telling a story from the corners of my memories.
